holds MAI and SRA designations with the Appraisal Institute. He has over 19 years
of real estate appraisal experience and has been in Fort Collins since 1991. As
the owner of Appraisal Specialties, he prepares commercial appraisals and reviews
all residential appraisal reports prior to delivery to the client. Harold will
personally inspect the residential property if desired. |

| | Josh holds a Bachelors of Finance
and Real Estate obtained from Colorado State University. He provides administrative
and editorial support for the staff and also maintains the commercial property
database for the firm. Josh has recently earned his Registered Appraisers license
and is now helping to prepare commercial appraisals. |
