  • Larimer County - including the cities of Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, and Windsor.
  • Western Weld County - including the cities of Greeley and Johnstown.
  • Northern Boulder County - including the city of Longmont.

We also do commercial service in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Harold Sommers is on most appraiser approval lists. Sample residential and commercial appraisals will be provided on request. We carry Error and Omissions insurance and are FHA approved.

Our primary focus is Commercial Appraisal work. Fees vary widely depending on the property type and scope of work.

Residential Appraisal Fees:

Residential appraisal fees tend to range from $350 to $600 depending on the property type and scope of work.
